VisionPLM
VisionPLM is a browser-based fashion PLM from Coats Digital, the software division of Coats Group, used by apparel brands and garment manufacturers for design, development, sampling, costing and sourcing.
Overview
Coats Digital markets its PLM under the name VisionPLM. No current product called FastReactPLM was found: FastReact is the brand of Coats Digital's production planning products (FastReactPlan and FastReactFabric). VisionPLM descends from the Vision PLM products of Fast React Systems, which Coats acquired and which earlier ran as VisionNG and Vision ePLM with customers such as Gymshark and Men's Wearhouse. In September 2019 Coats brought GSD, FastReact and ThreadSol under one Coats Digital brand.
VisionPLM is a web-based SaaS application covering product and print design, development, sampling and approvals, costing, tech packs, material and vendor sourcing, material requirement planning, purchase order tracking and end-to-end critical path management. It serves both brands and manufacturers, which reflects Coats' position as a supplier to garment factories.
The wider Coats Digital portfolio includes GSDCost for garment costing and standard minute values, GSDQuest for AI-based bill of labour generation from product images, FastReactPlan for production planning and Res.Q for factory floor quality and production tracking. Customers range from UK fashion brands such as Radley and Dancing Leopard to Latin American manufacturers such as Manufacturas Eliot, which adopted VisionPLM in 2025. The combination suits companies that want PLM connected to costing and production planning for sewn products.
