Delogue PLM

Delogue PLM is a cloud product development and supplier collaboration platform from the Danish company Delogue, designed for small and mid-sized fashion, apparel and lifestyle brands.

Overview

Delogue was founded in 2011 in Denmark and builds a cloud PLM for fashion and lifestyle brands and their suppliers. The platform keeps styles, samples, specifications, BOMs, costing and documentation in one shared workspace, with workflows that assign ownership and record approvals. Use cases highlighted by the vendor are sample management, supplier collaboration, margin control and compliance and risk tracking. Delogue reports more than 300 fashion and lifestyle brands across 74 countries (vendor figure).

Supplier collaboration is the strategic emphasis. Delogue is rolling out a supplier module in stages, with a roadmap covering supply chain mapping, supplier approvals, certificate uploads and expiry tracking, explicitly linked to upcoming Digital Product Passport requirements under the ESPR. The company also names AI and automation as a 2026 priority, and reports that it doubled technology investment and grew its Copenhagen product and development team during 2025.

Customers include Hummel, Wheat, Kleinigkeit, ARKK and Dogman, covering sportswear, kidswear, footwear and menswear. The typical buyer is a small or mid-sized brand moving from spreadsheets and email to a structured product development process, often with production at external suppliers in Europe and Asia.

Best fit

Small and mid-sized European fashion and lifestyle brands that want a fast-to-adopt cloud PLM focused on samples, specifications and supplier collaboration.

Presence in Europe

Delogue is based in Copenhagen and serves mainly Scandinavian and wider European fashion and lifestyle brands such as Hummel and Wheat.

Strengths

  • A focused cloud PLM that suits brands moving from spreadsheets to structured development.
  • Strong emphasis on brand and supplier collaboration in one shared workflow.
  • A traceability and supplier roadmap aligned with Digital Product Passport preparation.
  • European base and customer community, with Copenhagen-based product and support teams.

Considerations

  • Several supplier and traceability features are on a staged roadmap, so buyers should confirm what is generally available today.
  • Publicly documented integrations are limited, so ERP, PIM and design tool connectivity should be validated in demos.
  • The product targets small and mid-sized brands, so large multi-brand groups should test scalability and configurability.
